I don`t know about society of corporate life out of korea.
somehow korean society is under the rule of military culture. especially, when it happened between older and younger`s relationship, older expect them to be blind obedience.
There are respectful superior but, It is very hard to find estimable senior in the work place.

How to survive among fanatical audacious inimical seniors?
Here is the answer.
There is millions of solutions methodology.
I will suggest you two options.
first, Being naive and tending to lethargic, obsequious, misanthrope and irascible. You could give them a nightmare before you`ve got.

second, tell him, ass and fuck you. and being an artist.

Childern`s day

Children`s day and Bang jungwhan.


It`s children`s day. As usually I was with Sam and chinese guy in hollys. There were many people outside. Especially millions of children were looked like big waves` particles. Oh, it`s children`s day. We were chatting about a birth of today.
I thought Jungwhan Bang who made children`s day at the first time in korea. Chinese guy didn`t know who he is. I explained him and asked who made the day in your country. He said there is but don`t know who made it. He asked me "why he made it?" I said "Because he really loved children." Sam was giggled and said "He really loved children that`s why he made it personally."
He is really estimable guy but it is enigma to be a national holiday which made by just one guy. Children`s day is not established on law as a holiday in around world except korea. also the guy who made the day is not anonymous. I admire his aspiration even if he did for complacency.

 

pre, post analysis

작업을 진행하는 방법에는 2가지가 있다.pre analysis 와 post analysis아티스트는 이 두가지를 모두 해야한다.pre는작업을 어떻게 진행하고 발전할 것인지 미리 계획을 세운후 그대로 실행하는 것이다. 그러기 위해서는처음 머리에 떠오른 생각을 발전시켜야한다. 무형적인 생각은 시간, 환경, 비교, 대조를 통해서구체화 되어지고 브레인 스토밍 되어진다. 이것이 반복되어지면서 작품이 만들어지는데 형상화 하는 작업은드로잉, 사진, 사운드등 실제적으로 표현되어질수 있는것이어야한다. 머리속에 영상이 떠올랐다면 그에대한 이미지를 만든 후 영상을 만들어야한다.구도와 배치 모든것을 실제적으로 표현한 후 만들어야한다. 형상화와 생각이 반복되어지면서 이론은 만들어진다. 기존의 이론을 그대로따를 필요는 없다. 내가 살고 있는 현대의 상황과 작품간의 관계에 대해 생각을 해야한다. 그래서 내가 무엇을 보여줄지가 결정되며 이것은컨셉이며 나의 작품을 더욱 강하게 할 것이다.머리속으로 생각만 하는것이 아닌 그림, 스토리보드를 그리고 나의 생각을 정리하여 글로 표현해야한다.
post는작업을 하는 장소등에 가서 본후 몸이 움직이는대로 움직인다. 그 후 작업을 해석하는 것이다.몸이 움직였지만 작업을 한것은 몸의 감각이 한것이다. 이것은 어찌되었는 주변 환경과 관계가 있다.작품을 이성적으로 해석하는 과정에서 보충해야할 부분과 시각적으로 더 나아질수있도록 수정한다.대표적인 아티스트는 andy goldsworthy 이다. 그는 현장에서 생각하면서 작품을 만들지만 환경과 잘 어울린다.
